Messaging
Email and WhatsApp delivery (confirmations, reminders, certificates) is billed per message on every tier. The cost is always shown before you send, so there are no surprise charges.
Event registration payments
When delegates pay to register for your event, payments are processed via Razorpay. [Confirm platform transaction fee %, if any, charged on top of Razorpay's own fee].
Referrals
Existing societies and external partners can earn rewards for referring new organizations to Medvento. [Link referral program details once public].
Billing details
- Paid plans are billed annually; the rate shown is the monthly-equivalent for easy comparison.
- Pricing is set by Medvento and may change over time — we don't grandfather previous pricing on renewal.
- GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically for every payment.
