Shipping & Delivery Policy

Medvento is a digital, cloud-hosted service. We don't ship any physical goods — everything covered by this policy is delivered electronically.

1. Platform access

Organizer account access is provisioned immediately upon successful sign-up. Paid plan upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

2. Event registration confirmations

Delegates receive a registration confirmation by email (and WhatsApp, where the organizing society has enabled it) immediately after successful payment, typically within a few minutes. If a confirmation hasn't arrived within [X hours], contact us or the organizing society.

3. CME certificates

Certificates are auto-generated and delivered electronically (email/WhatsApp/in-platform download) as soon as the relevant session or event closes and attendance is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on when the organizing society marks a session complete.

4. Invoices

GST-compliant invoices for Medvento subscription and messaging payments are generated automatically and made available in your account dashboard, typically within [24 hours] of payment.

5. Delivery issues

If you haven't received a confirmation, certificate, or invoice you're expecting, contact us via Contact Us and we'll investigate promptly.
